Raleigh Springs Mall

Built in 1971, the Raleigh Springs Mall was very popular for years. It has seen its anchors leave - save one, and traffic slowly dwindle. Yet today it is still open and looks good on the inside, if somewhat empty.

Hickory Ridge Mall

This Memphis mall endured the most dramatic demographic changes of any Memphis mall and continues on today as well.

Southland Mall

Southland Mall was the first enclosed shopping mall in Memphis. It is currently celebrating it's 40th year in business, roughly twice as long as it took for the Mall of Memphis to rise, soar, fall and disappear. Southland Mall

Wolfchase Galleria

Opening for business in 1997, Wolfchase Galleria is now 10 years old. Upgrades to the property have kept it high dollar real estate and with 98% occupancy, things are rolling along fine for this Memphis Mall.

Peabody Place Mall

Downtown Memphis saw the start of a revival 10 years ago with the opening of Peabody Place Mall - but perhaps it was not meant to be after all...
